色父半夜咬胸　6歲女怒拒叫爸

【許淑惠／台中報導】苗栗縣1名離婚的邱姓男子(38歲)，2011年6月晚上，酒後與6歲女兒同床而睡，邱男先捏女兒大腿外側，再隔著衣服咬女兒胸部，女兒痛醒哭泣，狠踢父親一腳，再換到另一張床睡覺。隔天，女兒告知老師後提告，一審以加重強制猥褻罪判邱男3年8月徒刑，台中高分院改依趁機猥褻罪判邱男1年、緩刑4年，期間需保護管束，並進行衝動控制和性偏差行為輔導等處遇計畫。
 
判決指出，邱男舉動造成女兒心理創傷，女兒諮商時拒絕稱邱男「父親」、「爸爸」，堅持用「那個人」、「姓邱的」代表父親，母親也告訴法官，女兒很憤怒，講到姓「邱」就會很生氣、看到新聞報導苗栗就轉台；父親辯稱，他曾和女友在嘿咻時，女友叫床聲吵醒女兒，女兒才套用情節誣告。法官不採信邱男說詞。
