【動新聞】轉為競爭　彭淮南：兩岸產業鏈有問題

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央銀行昨第4季理監事會議，是美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）宣布縮減量化寬鬆（Quantitative Easing，QE）後，首度會議，如外界預期，央行連10季維持1.875%利率不變，但總裁彭淮南憂心說，「台灣、中國產業鏈有問題。」

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，彭淮南說，「10月出口減少3.9億元，其中對中國面板出口減少4.5億美元，顯示台灣、中國產業鏈有問題。」他表示，產業轉型超乎自己職責範圍，「但我還是要答覆這個問題」，兩岸產業關係已從互相合作轉為互相競爭，台灣須妥擬相關對策，對經濟發展才是佳音。他略帶哀怨地說，「我在立法院答詢時就指出這問題，但好像沒人注意。」
