烏克蘭與東部叛軍交換370名戰俘

烏克蘭政府與東部叛軍已就交換戰俘達成共識，預計約370名戰俘昨天起陸續獲釋。

根據協議，親俄叛軍將釋放150名烏克蘭戰俘，交換條件是烏克蘭政府也釋放222名戰俘。雙方原本計劃在本周稍早進行換囚，但直到周四才達成相關共識。未能提早換囚影響新一輪的和平談判進程，雙方原定昨天在白俄羅斯首都明斯克舉行和談，如今已無限期延後。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
