正妹殺女戀人伴屍28小時　判11年6月

【許淑惠／台中報導】台中市李姓女子(24歲)今年5月，邀約已經分手的前戀人陳姓女子到汽車旅館聊天、喝酒，不料，李女半夜醒來，拿出隨身攜帶的水果刀，朝陳女左胸口剌破心臟斃命，李女伴屍28小時後，向警方自首。台中地院以李女雖罹患重度憂鬱症，但案發時，並無因精神障礙導致無法辨識行為能力，僅能以自首減刑，依殺人罪判處有期徒刑11年6月。
 
李女坦承犯行，但指不知為何要殺陳女。她說陳女死後，她也剌自己一刀，並傳簡訊跟父母道別：「我好像真的瘋了…我好愛你們，對不起」，但自己怎麼都死不了，「覺得老天爺沒有要讓她死」，她要面對，所以報警，辯護律師指李女已喪失辨識能力，但是法官認為，李女曾告訴檢、警「我想死在喜歡的人身旁」，且犯後仍能開車出門買酒、傳簡訊給家人等，有殺人動機和故意，並無心神喪失。
