涉竊圖形介面　宏達電設計副總800萬交保

【法庭中心／台北報導】台北地檢署偵辦宏達電內鬼外洩最新圖形介面案，查出宏達電設計部副總簡志霖、設計部處長吳建宏私下拉攏宏達電員工在外成立公司，並洩露宏達電尚未發表操作介面的ICON圖形設計，赴中國北京簡報，另多次浮報、虛設交易款項，收廠商回扣，共詐領3356萬元，今依《營業秘密法》、《證券交易法》背信等罪，起訴簡志霖等9人。

台北地院剛剛裁定日前遭收押的簡志霖以800萬元、吳建宏500萬元交保，並限制住居、限制出境。
