未成年女友騎車出車禍　男子冒名頂替被法辦

【王勇超／高雄報導】英雄救美，反而吃上官司！一名李姓男子（18歲）上月被女友（17歲）騎機車搭載，在路口與1輛汽車發生擦撞，警方到場時，女友因無照駕駛，害怕被開單遭家人責罵，滿臉惶恐，李男見狀主動頂替女友接受警方調查，他自稱是機車駕駛，接受警方酒測並在相關文件上簽名。

汽車車主事後發現警方登記的資料上顯示駕駛是李男，與事實不符，他擔心會影響保險公司支付汽車維修金，連忙報案：「有人頂替車禍！」警方傳喚李男與女友到案。李男對警方表示，不忍心見女友擔心害怕，才謊稱自己是機車騎士，頂替她接受警方調查。女友也坦承自己才是駕駛。警方今日將全案依偽造文書罪嫌函送法辦。
