財金雙部會︰帝寶貸款上限6成

【林巧雁／台北報導】立委費鴻泰今天在立法院指出，帝寶創高價惹民怨，要求財政部與金管會兩部會限制豪宅貸款成數，財政部長張盛和與金管會副主委黃天牧均表示，帝寶貸款不應高於6成。

河南王以每坪快300萬買帝寶引起無殼鍋牛心中怒火，也被質疑炒作房價。張盛和強調，台北市整體房價沒有漲那麼多，奢侈稅實施前後交易量已跌3成。帝寶是炒作房價，買的人可能覺得可以哄抬身價。

立委詢問公股銀是否有貸款給河南王？費鴻泰要求對帝寶貸款成數表態。張盛和表示，需要再去了解公股銀是否有貸款，以此次每坪近300萬為例，貸款成數應低於6成。黃天牧則表示，與財政部意見相同，會檢查銀行實際授信情況。
