國民黨今（25）日召開中常會，受邀與會的陸委會主委王郁琦，在答覆中常委問及兩岸領導人會面可能性的問題時表示，陸委會樂意推動「總統到大陸」訪問，明年將在大陸舉行的亞太經合會（APEC）應該是適當的場合。

王郁琦今天在國民黨中常會答覆中常委姚江臨問及兩黨領導人會面可能性的看法時表示，陸委會樂意推動「總統到大陸」訪問，但這需要適當的場合、時機與身份，但不是以政黨領袖身份，應該是考慮以政黨領袖之外身份的可能性。

王郁琦在會中表示，如果能以總統的身份最好，但因大陸可能會有意見，因此可尋求其他的可能性，對於兩岸領導人會面，陸委會的態度是樂觀其成，明年在中國舉行的APEC應該是個適當的場合，陸委會也會積極推動、努力。

親自主持會議的總統馬英九，則並未對此事表示意見。
