黑心食品連環爆 摻假最高罰5000萬

黑心食品連環爆，立法院衛環委員會今天初審通過，未來廠商若販售摻偽、造假、使用過期原料、有害人體健康等黑心食品，最高罰鍰從現行條文的一千五百萬元提高到五千萬元。

立法院衛生環境委員會進行法案審查，食品藥物管理署署長葉明功（圖）在台上接受立委質詢，未來廠商若販售摻偽、造假、過期原料等黑心食品，罰鍰將提高到五千萬元。
