堤維西美國反托辣案和解2,300萬美元

堤維西交通工業公司涉及美國反托辣斯法之民事案件，已與美國民事集體訴訟原告達成和解，並簽署和解協議。

依該協議之約定，由堤維西公司與其於美國市場之經銷商GeneraCorporation，共同支付集體訴訟原告和解金2300萬美元，並提供200萬美元之產品折讓。
