【短片】台86線通車典禮　台聯嗆馬滾蛋

【李恩慈／台南報導】總統馬英九今參加台南東西向台86全線開通典禮，台南市黨部主委陳昌輝再出新招，帶著100顆印有「馬英九滾蛋」的升空小汽球到場抗議，陳昌輝說，希望透過這些載滿台灣人民憤怒的汽球讓馬英九「看見台灣」，藉此表達基層民眾對馬政府的不滿與失望已經上升到最高點。
 
馬英九南下，警方派出上百名警力大陣仗維安，並把陳昌輝等抗議人士隔絕在馬路另一端，通車典禮活動並未受干擾。
