酒駕連帶吊扣聯結車駕照　男子上訴遭駁回

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市林姓聯結車司機，酒後駕駛自小客車與機車騎士碰撞，監理單位裁罰19500元，並吊扣駕照2年，林男原以為只是吊扣自小客駕照，後來才發現連聯結車的駕照也一併被吊扣，嚴重影響到工作權益，因此向法院提出行政訴訟，法官認為立法宗旨，是在增進行車安全，且林男並未因此喪失其他工作機會，駁回申訴，可再上訴。
