【 胡依北／馬祖報導】行政院公布的「六港一空自由經濟示範區」未將馬祖等離島列入，引起連江縣籍立委陳雪生強烈質詢。陳雪生今天邀請立法院財政委員會委員到馬祖考察。召委盧秀燕說，這是立院財委會委員第一次到馬祖考察，藉此機會能多了解馬祖。
 
    上午，立委盧秀燕、費鴻泰以及財政部官員一行在縣長楊綏生、立委陳雪生的陪同下，於福澳港大樓聽取簡報，接著考察小三通旅客通關作業，隨後參觀離島免稅商店。立委陳雪生說，馬祖經濟的衰退，為了地區觀光發展，面對小三通旅客的銳減，尋求財委會的支持，馬祖應該成為離島自由經貿區帶動繁榮。
