酒醉後性侵81歲老婦　男子遭重判9年

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】澳洲塔斯馬尼亞今年七月發生一起81歲老婦遭性侵案件，43歲男子鮑道克(Phillip Kevin Baldock)涉嫌在喝醉酒後，入侵81歲老婦人住處，並對她加以性侵，事後還搶劫她的財物。日前案件宣判，鮑道克被判處9年有期徒刑，並在5年半內不得申請假釋。

法官宣判時表示，鮑道克在犯案時雖然酒醉，但他原本智力就較一般人低下，根本就不知道自己的行為會造成什麼後果，受害老婦身心都受到極大傷害，到現在都還無法回到居住超過40年的家中，必須從重量刑。
