獨居拾荒男　疑天冷暴斃

【汪智博／台東報導】獨居台東市中興路6段的７４歲林姓獨居男子，因遲至下午都未見出門，鄰居通知老翁外甥破門查看，發現老翁半坐臥在床沿、口吐鮮血死亡多時，趕忙通知警方到場處理。
 
鑑識人員經初步勘查，確定老翁並無他殺情形，且死亡時間已超過12小時，初判昨天凌晨台東氣溫僅16度左右，可能是起床後不舒服坐在床邊，並因溫差過大宿疾發作吐血後死亡；警方同時發現死者廚房餐桌上滿是酒瓶等，屋外更是堆滿雜物。
 
死者外甥表示，昨天下午還曾看見舅舅在整理拾荒物品；老翁鄰居則說，今天中午因為天氣寒冷，用了碗熱湯想讓老人家暖暖身體，卻怎麼叫都沒人應門，隨後才知道出了狀況。
 
台東縣消防局統計，近兩個月天氣轉冷，包括心臟疾病、中風等急救比例增加，11月份有20起，12月迄今更已達14起，籲請家中有長者的民眾，應多注意保暖及身體狀況。
