文林苑案王家今敗訴　北市與王家尚有官司

【蔡亞樺台北報導】台北高等行政法院今判文林苑王家原地重建敗訴，北市副市長張金鶚今開記者會表示，目前王家對市府共提起11件訴願及訴訟案，其中10件市府皆已勝訴，僅剩1件尚在審理中，市府在整個處理過程中，皆獲得法院認同，但建商樂揚建設與王家仍有組合屋的民事訴訟，法院明年1月將開庭審理，希望組合屋訴訟案能得到圓滿解決，讓住戶早日住入。

北市都更處總工程司張溫德說，尚在審理中的1件訴訟案，是王家以大法官709釋憲案做為新事證，再提起2次再審，目前仍待法院審理；另待組合屋的民事訴訟落幕，樂揚可重新提出施工計畫、向建管處申請展延建造執照，建管處同意後就可動工，動工期程尚無法預測。
