ECB 不排除進一步貨幣手段 目前沒必要

　　歐洲央行 ECB 執委會成員 Benoit Coeure 周三(11日) 接受德國媒體訪問時表示，ECB 不排除採取更進一步的行動，來刺激歐元區的經濟成長，不過目前還沒有這個必要。

Coeure 還表示，對於歐元區通膨率會否回升至稍低於 ECB 設定的 2% 水準，ECB 仍感到樂觀。若 ECB 認為歐元區通膨率接下來將維持在一個過低的水準，ECB 在上次的政策會議中就會採取行動了。

Coeure 指出，ECB 可以採用的措施有好幾項，包括進一步調降利率、對囤積現金的銀行施行負存款利率、或增加貨幣流通。若有必要，將視經濟發展狀況來決定採取哪一個方法，也有可能採用綜合上述各種措施的方法。
