【動新聞】學賭神公海賭博　4業者獲不起訴

【胡治言／綜合報導】電影《賭神》中將船開到公海賭博，以免除賭博刑責的喬段，原來都是真的。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，去年7月間，大龍蝦數位國際公司、台灣麻將紙牌休閒協會共同舉辦「2012年天王星世界麻將大賽」，仿效電影《賭神》，號召同好搭乘麗星郵輪寶瓶星到公海打麻將，事後警方依賭博罪，將4名業者送辦，但北檢認定《刑法》不處罰境外賭博，昨將4人不起訴。
