陳信安上酒店風波　檢警證實同名同姓烏龍

【丁牧群／台北報導】剛退休的籃球明星「台灣飛人」陳信安，遭媒體報導捲入積欠酒店消費的詐欺官司，還被酒店經紀指稱光顧10次。陳信安今出面喊冤說根本是同名同姓的一場烏龍，強調被控上酒店欠帳的不是他，甚至提供身分證字號給《蘋果》，希望證明清白，《蘋果》請辦案人員比對後，證實是一場烏龍。
 
經《蘋果》查證，酒店欠款詐欺案被告「陳信安」與球星「陳信安」並非同一人，辦案人員指出，因為提告的酒店經紀一開始就指控，「職籃球星陳信安、吳岱豪」與朋友趙有駿到酒店消費欠帳，而挨告的「陳信安」日前到警局作筆錄時，也供稱：「有去酒店，但忘了幾次。」
 
辦案人員認為簽帳欠錢的是趙，與被他請客的友人無關，所以檢警一開始就不認為「陳信安」該負責，因此也沒傳喚他到地檢署應訊，才發生這場烏龍。
