小弟最近在找工作 中原化學碩畢 沒有工作經驗 想要工作的地區 台北 新北 桃園 是有面試幾間 但都沒下文 怕是薪資開的不合理想請教一下 1.傳產 藥廠 化工廠 研發或製程 35K~40K 去過大園一家老牌藥廠開33K 2.食品檢驗 環境檢驗分析 研究員或檢驗工程師 30K~33K 據我了解有些會請學士 所以平均薪資略低 3.半科技業(像是生技或能源) 研發製程 37K~42K 4.科技業 製程 40K~45K 我不知道以上我的理解有沒有符合行情?? 談薪的時候我都開在上述範圍的中間值是否合適? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.24.10.99
