​日亞化續爭訟　葉寅夫：跟他拼了

【李宜儒／台北報導】對於日亞化日前在美國又增加對億光（2393）新的訴訟項目，並將訴訟對象新增億光美國子公司及經銷商，對此，LED（Light Emitting Diode，發光二極體）封裝廠億光董事長葉寅夫今表示:「要為華人增光、跟他拼了！」

葉寅夫說，億光的專利有1600多項，雖然日亞化有超過10000項，但是很多都是無效的專利，現在日亞化主要是透過YAG螢光粉、螢光粉沉澱等專利來干擾，一旦遇到專利訴訟有時還是會影響出貨，為了長期發展還是要繼續在專利上跟日亞化拼。
