漁船擅航大陸12次　船長獲緩刑需繳國庫20萬

【蔡進男／基隆報導】新北市漁船「協福66號」從100年5月起到101年8月底，前後12次載運魚餌從野柳港出海，但返港時漁獲量少，甚至沒有漁貨，安檢所人員調閱漁船航跡圖、中央氣象局等資料，發現漁船違法航行至大陸，陳姓船長坦承泊靠福建三沙港沿岸，陳被檢方依違反台灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例，提起公訴。法官認為船長沒有前科，深具悔意，合併判處拘役110天，可易科罰金11萬元，緩刑3年，但需繳交國庫20萬元，仍可上訴。
