【方翊倩／綜合報導】台中市1名理容KTV小姐被買全場與林姓酒客出場後，疑遭下藥迷昏，酒客仍與她發生性行為。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，林辯當時小莉意識清楚，後又改口「只有進去一點點」。台中地院認為意識不清已處於類似精神障礙狀態，認定酒客犯趁機性交罪，判3年6月徒刑。
