【施昂強／台北報導】海協會會長陳德銘26號抵達台灣，開始一連8天的訪問行程，今天早上0700與海基會前董事長江丙坤在圓山飯店共用早餐，但圓山飯店周圍出現突然出現10多名台聯黨員，手拿「國共合謀、出賣台灣」「反服貿、救台灣」的旗幟，在現場抗議中國擅劃航控識別區，欲將抗議書送至陳德銘手中。
