日通過設國安會 擴增首相職權

（法新社東京27日電） 日本國會今天通過法案，師法美國成立國家安全保障會議（National SecurityCouncil），在東京致力因應東海權力均勢的轉移時，給予日本首相安倍晉三政府更大職權。

這個新機構將以首相、內閣官房長官與外務大臣和防衛大臣組成的小組為中心，他們對外交和國家安全事務的中長期政策將有決策權。

保守派首相安倍晉三自去年12月執政以來，就將成立國家安全保障會議列為首要之務，而目前適值東京因釣魚台列嶼主權爭端與北京陷入愈來愈嚴重的僵局。

中國大陸上週末才宣布在東海劃設防空識別區，涵蓋這些引起爭議島嶼的空域。

中國大陸表示，飛進此區的航空器必須遵照北京指示，否則恐將面臨軍事行動。

此舉遭全球譴責是「煽動行為」，日本與美國都矢言將不予理會。（譯者：中央社張曉雯）
