鄉代掌摑護士　立委呼籲王貴芬辭職

【黃揚明／台北報導】針對桃園蘆竹鄉鄉民代表王貴芬掌摑林口長庚醫院護理師事件，民進黨立委趙天麟今指出，此個案呈現醫事人員曝露在暴力威脅的老問題，不但醫護界不應容忍，「全體國人都應對此零容忍！」他要求，該鄉代應道歉並引咎辭職。身兼立法院衛環委員會召委的趙天麟也強調，下周他將把醫療院所中發生暴力行為增加刑責的《醫療法》修法草案排入議程審查。

趙天麟提案的《醫療法》修正草案，新增若任何人以強暴、脅迫、恐嚇或其他非法方法，危害醫療安全或設施，可處7年以下有期徒刑、拘役或30萬元以下罰金；若因此導致醫療維生器材或其他設施毀損，加重其刑至3年以上、10年以下有期徒刑；若致人於死，處死刑、無期徒刑或10年以上有期徒刑；致人重傷處5年以上、12年以下有期徒刑。
