憂影響經濟活絡　阮慕驊不樂見升息

【倪浩倫／桃園報導】財經專家阮慕驊投資房地產眼光精準，下午受邀至新北市建案「弘暉首富」進行理財講座，並大方分享個人置產經驗。 阮慕驊仍看漲房市，認為房地產不只滿足居住需求，還有投資功用，「印鈔票導致通貨膨脹，是房價上漲因素之一。」

他認為房貸升息會降低民眾可支配的金錢，降低經濟活絡性。他17年前以每坪28萬元入手的大安國宅，目前已達7字頭。但他強調並非每個地方都會漲，「建議選擇人口多、交通機能便利的區域。」
