很多人都很喜歡敷面膜，或是重複過多同性質的保養品，特別提醒大家不要太貪心，以一周為最小單位改善就好囉～ 因為有時候「看起來皮膚好」並不是真的好喔 最近我的皮膚科醫生更是提醒我敷臉不要超過10分鐘，因為當皮膚浸潤過久，角質層會浮起，那這樣就變成是去角質了。 想想現在各種名稱的酸類保養品(杏仁酸、水楊酸等等)，或磨砂膏類型，甚至於面膜…… 這麼多樣多次的去角質，加上時常處於空調空間，或者顯少喝水，或者多菸酒，都是從裡從外的自我破壞。 ＞＿＜ 要小心選擇、精簡使用哪各位！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.204.233.235
