法官還驢子「公道」　判性侵犯6年徒刑

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】肯亞法院近日判處一名性侵驢子犯6年有期徒刑，法官指出雖然驢子不通人語，無法當庭陳述，但被告的犯罪事實證據確鑿，因此判處這名性侵犯6年有期徒刑。

據了解，事情發生在今年4月，一名男子王吉(James Mwangi)性侵一隻農場的驢子，剛好被驢子的主人發現，但隨後男子逃逸，主人則在驢子的欄舍附近發現保險套。此外，也有目擊者指出，看到王吉將驢子的腿綁住，接著「上驢」並做出猥褻動作。

警方也指出，驢子在進行治療檢查時，發現生殖器內有保險套，經化驗後確定是王吉遺留的保險套。法官認為王吉做出違反人倫和自然界倫理的事，因此判王吉有期徒刑6年。
