【王文傑／花蓮報導】花蓮縣鳳林鎮鳳林陸橋為閃避橋下台鐵電氣化工程，將原本7公尺橋高再拉高1.1公尺，每百公尺的上升幅度高達10公尺，附近居民質疑行車安全；負責施工的交通部鐵路改建工程局東工處副段長江俊宏回應，安全坡度是每百公尺上升幅度不能超過15公尺，所以鳳林陸橋尚在安全範圍內。
