「江南大宅」辦美食展　看屋民眾增4成

【王筱君／台北報導】人潮即錢潮，新北市淡水區「江南大宅」建案上周末推世界同歡嘉年華活動吸客，與百貨周年慶PK人潮，案場副專鄧翔宇透露，2天活動增加4成、百組看屋民眾，簽約比例提升3成。

「江南大宅」位沙崙街一段、新市一路一段交叉口，推案量達1265戶，每坪開價約28~35萬元，9月起陸續推出BBQ烤肉、MOMO音樂幸福派對活動，除吸引看屋民眾，也回饋周邊「天海」一期、「觀海」二期已購客，成另類居民聯誼同樂會。
