黃姓婦人昏倒員警伸腳踹醒婦人投訴

在高雄旗津海水浴場賣香腸維生的黃姓婦人，10月16日凌晨零時多收攤後，突覺身體不適想盡快返家休息，途中經過三民區時，因闖紅燈遭警狂追一公里攔下開單，黃婦驚慌失措，當場昏倒，員警疑伸腳企圖將她踹醒，婦人事後投訴媒體，揭發交通員警惡行惡狀討公道。

高市三民一警分局長黃慶惠上午表示，員警執勤方式確有疏失，處理態度和技巧需要再教育，除轄區派出所所長記申誡兩次，他個人也自請處分。
