黃世銘洩密案 最快今移送北院

台北地檢署依洩密等罪起訴檢察總長黃世銘，創下司法史首例，北檢最快今天整理好卷證，移送台北地方法院，公開抽籤決定哪位法官審理；承審法官是否在黃卸任前宣判，備受矚目。

黃世銘被台北地檢署起訴，他稱要一審判決有罪才下台，外界質疑他的任期只到明年四月，法院判決還沒出來他就卸任，預料中籤法官將會承受不少壓力。

根據法院組織法規定，檢察總長任期受保障，黃世銘到明年四月任期屆滿；而司法院規定一審法院的辦案期限為一年四月，承審法官是否在黃世銘卸任前判決，仍有變數。

另外，調查濫權監聽國會總機、洩密罪的檢察官評鑑委員會發言人彭文正曾表示，檢評會的結果不會拖到黃的任期結束，「畢竟這不符合社會期待」。檢評會預定在本月十日約詢黃世銘，屆時再決定是否約詢總統馬英九和江宜樺等人，二十四日約詢特偵組組長楊榮宗。
