員工誤觸按鍵迫乘客買站票　台鐵：將懲處

【陳如嬌／台北報導】台鐵本月24日從台東往高雄的莒光號702車次，因管理座位的員工誤觸按鍵，導致座位被鎖住，要從台東到高雄的乘客只能買站票，最後是車站人員發現，當天非尖峰時間，為什麼都只剩站票，經查才發現是座位被鎖住，這段期間有13名乘客被迫買站票，台鐵除向旅客致歉外，也將予以失職員工及其主管申誡或申誡以上的行政處分。

台鐵運務處處長杜微表示，「誤觸按鍵」將座位鎖住是個案，據他瞭解過去並未發生過，但他強調，員工犯這種錯誤不應該。至於有民眾反映有時買票時以為客滿，上車卻空蕩蕩的情形，杜微解釋，乘客發現車上沒人，那是因為買的站區間不一樣，跟座位被鎖住賣不出的情形不同。
