台中盤商憂大統賠償拿不到　籲市府介入協調

【林世雄／台中報導】大統爆發劣質油品事件後，盤商天天載整卡車的油瓶來退貨，卻只拿到退貨單，而賠償金卻早被銀行搶先一步拿走。台中區的廠商自救會已經委由立委蔡其昌介入協助協調，並且委請律師研議求償事宜，不排除提出集體訴訟。盤商們則向蔡其昌反映，希望台中市府與相關單位也能夠介入協調，幫幫台中的盤商，一同對抗這種黑心公司。
 
立委蔡其昌指出，與大統常往來的12家銀行，在檢察官扣押大統資產之後，立刻跟進，搶先從行使抵消權收回借款，12個帳戶內流動現金約1億元，幾乎被銀行搶先拿光，扣回自家銀行當初借給大統的貸款。台中地區盤商擔憂，盤商天天載整卡車的油瓶來退貨，卻只拿到退貨單，到最後可能連一毛錢都拿不到，希望市府與相關單位能夠幫幫台中盤商的忙，不要讓盤商們血本無歸。
