所長督勤駕車迴轉　2騎士閃避不及釀1死

【陳冠宇／新北報導】新北市三重區堤外便道8K+100處，今天凌晨3時許發生一起嚴重的交通事故，任職於三重分局二重派出所所長黃家德，當時駕駛私人休旅車前往堤外便道督勤，完畢後欲返回派出所內，於疏洪道內迴轉，後方2名機車騎士剎車不及，連人帶車滑倒後，騎士李姓男子（18歲）整個人撞上休旅車車尾，經送醫急救仍宣告不治，另名騎士陳姓男子（27歲）則是輕傷送醫。

警方表示，車禍發生的詳細原因尚在調查中，3人均無酒駕，黃家德當時行駛的車道可以迴轉，而根據現場剎車痕來看，疑似是後方機車未保持安全距離加上車速過快，才會不慎撞上黃家德所駕駛的車輛，目前先依過失致死罪將黃家德函送法辦。
