其實大家都太沒自信了，如果是騎驢找馬，不是很急著要上班 就大膽的開價啊，其實很多主管也不會殺價是人事會跑來殺價 但是你堅持一下就沒事了啦，我自己遇過很多次，我都開的很離譜 比自己前一份工作多 1.5倍我也給他開下去，對方一樣用我啊 這樣跳槽才有意義啊 但是後面就看運氣了，景氣不好，第一個陣亡的就是高薪的 不管你實力多強，你薪水比較高，一定是比較大的靶 很容易就是中箭落馬 09年金融海嘯就是這樣... 公司全砍高官，什麼外聘的日本人好幾個同時陣亡 甚至那日本人是FAE leader也拍拍屁股走人....都改換便宜的上去接手 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.227.97
