小三貼公告捏造人夫性侵　判6月

【蔣永佑／台北報導】新北市汐止1名洪姓女子前年4月到6月間，與同社區吳姓人夫通姦。之後洪女對吳男糾纏不捨，只要男方不接電話便朝吳男住家及座車潑油漆、踹大門及砸破車窗。
 
吳男見洪女太恐怖，打算與她分手，不料洪女竟變本加厲，跑到吳家登門踢館，找吳妻自爆姦情，還在社區公告欄張貼「D棟X號X樓洪○○遭X樓之X吳○性侵害」的公告。
 
吳妻原控告吳男及洪女涉嫌妨害家庭，後來原諒丈夫撤告；吳男另對洪女提出加重誹謗告訴。士林地院認定洪女4度與吳男在女方住處發生性關係，及虛構事實毀損吳男名譽，依相姦罪及加重誹謗判刑6月，可易科罰金。
