塑毒團體訴訟僅判120萬　受害者：太過分

【法庭中心／綜合報導】新北地院今天針對塑化劑團體求償訴訟做出判決，塑毒源頭昱伸、賓漢與統一等18家業者，被判賠120萬餘元，因與當初5百多冥壽害者求償24.9億元落差極大，有受害者氣憤難平，在臉書「受害家長聯合提告活動中心」批評「120萬！還不及這些無良業者一天的營業額，這算什麼？乞討嗎？把我們當乞丐要錢，真的太過分了！」
 
上午法院宣判後，有網友將判決新聞轉貼在「金車乳酸活菌、古道乳鐡蛋白、EX小朋友成長專用營養素、葉黃素口嚼錠(藍莓口味)、沛泥爾比菲DODO、欣樂亦康、卡洛塔妮受害者家長聯合提告求償活動中心」並指，「難怪食安問題一直出現，這樣的罰則廠商根本不怕」，立刻有網友留言「爛法官」、「失望」，還有網友說，兒子吃了含塑化劑產品2年，團體訴訟法院卻只判賠120萬元，「讓人氣到不行」。
