阿根廷名廚 東海餐旅系教品酒

東海大學餐旅系今天舉辦一場「阿根廷唐璜酒莊葡萄酒座談暨餐酒會」，透過精緻的互動模式，指點學生品酒技巧，學生形容上課宛如「進入五星級餐廳」，能有機會學習利用「五感」品嚐紅酒，經驗很特別。

今天阿根廷首席釀酒師大衛波諾米（David Bonomi）、名廚帕博羅里歐（Pablo Del Rio）一起為學生上課，選出阿根廷頂級昂貴的超級窖藏紅酒、莊主自豪的精選系列、新鮮可口的卡多斯紅酒，一共3款紅酒，當作教材。

帕博羅里歐也示範烹製阿根廷著名的風味菜餚牛肉餡餅，他說，這是最道地適合搭配美酒的餐食，品酒方式與飲酒禮儀在歐美地區是重要的社交。

東海大學餐旅管理學系主任汪淑台說，「葡萄酒」在餐飲產業具有畫龍點睛的效果，這堂課主要介紹葡萄酒產地的風土，增加學生對餐飲認識的多元性。
