最近公司準備找新人 是幫另一個同事分擔工作 基本上與我無關 同事卻跟我說 喂 主管說新人要坐你的位置 離我比較近 比較好教 你下禮拜準備搬一搬 當下內心很衝擊 我好歹也在這位置努力了四年 結果卻沒有人跟我商量 很直接就教我搬 還是搬到門口旁邊 註定要待客 接電話 倒茶水 會議室隔壁很吵的位子 我理解主管和同事要教新人的考量 如果用比較客氣的語氣跟我討論我會接受 但這種不被當回事的感覺真的很差 很痛苦！ 而且會覺得自己不重要、不曉得自己的定位 是我想太多嗎？ 謝謝大家看完>"※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.180.184.222
