因為在友版討論的不多 所以直接在職場版問問 不知道會有答案嗎? 在實習的時候 看到有一個同事(A)非常積極 喜歡到處跟大家交朋友 (閒聊)(或是稱作拉關係) 感覺表面上他跟大家都滿好的 長得有點小帥 但有一點點心思 有時候比較會七嘴八舌 雖然有幾個跟他關係普普 比較不會幫忙他之外 其他都算不錯 另一個同事(B)則是比較專注在工作技能上面 交際方面比較沒有(A)這樣 會一直不斷找人說話 但也是會跟幾個同事聊天 但他是大家都不得罪 不會跟你交朋友 但也不會跟你反目 隨和沒個性 比較不帥 雖然有時候會搞笑 但有時候低調(感覺有點悶) 工作能力方面(B)>(A) 因為B除了專業外還會一堆外掛 日語 韓語 C# 但是感覺(A)的表面上人緣卻是 > (B) 特別在婆婆媽媽方面 所以在職場上 哪一個比較會升 哪一個比較討喜 該學哪一個比較好? 如果確定不是主管愛的對象 是否該馬上離開? 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.159.194.26
