標題[請問] 試用期離職問題

請問版友： 小弟我目前在某間大學任職助理， 但因到職後身體出現病症，須長期治療。 因此想辭去既有之工作。 契約書上明訂： 「 聘用期間 自中華民國102年10月1日起 至102年12月31日止 試用期間 自中華民國102年10月1日起 至102年12月31日止 乙方因特殊事故須於聘用期滿前離職時，應於一個月前提出申請，經甲方同意並辦完 交接與離職手續後始得離職 」 當時與我交接之助理告知，於試用期間若不適任可離職... 算是對自己權益的保護。 但今天單位主管堅決我須於一個月後才可以正式離職， 我想請問 契約書可以單純依個人解讀 以"聘用"為主嗎？ 那麼這樣情況下試用的意義性何在？ 我有什麼方法可成功離職去就醫呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.251.133.121
