前夫帶兒出遊未送回　女子報警處理

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆市1名43歲的徐姓女子，昨天晚間11時許向警方報案，表示她的前夫在早上將兒子帶出門出遊後，就沒依約送回兒子，還藉故將兒子帶回台北奶奶家住，侵犯她的監護權。警方表示，48歲的吳姓男子是因為太想念兒子，才會將兒子帶走。吳男還向前妻表示，他已經戒酒會好好做人，也希望能破鏡重圓。警方則告知吳男，他的行為可能會觸犯略誘或和誘罪嫌，應及早將小孩送回以免觸法。
