北市租屋　平均每坪租782~1576元

【張菱育／台北報導】台北市房價居高不下，存款有限的民眾就「以租代買」，暫解決居住需求，統計內政部實價登錄資訊，今年1~7月租屋調查，台北市住宅平均每坪月租約782~1576元，其中中山區共537件交易量最大，租金行情除套房低於區域行情0.32%，其他皆高於行情。

信義房屋觀察台北市住宅產品交易熱區，大安區的公寓租金每坪918元，與北市公寓整體租金782元，高出17.39%最多；大安區的中古大樓與北市中古大樓租金低11.13%便宜最多。
