美西僑社不慶祝國慶　我外館另外舉辦

【陳郁仁／台北報導】舊金山的中華總會館繼之前撤下中華民國國旗後，今年也不再如往年般，在10月份慶祝中華民國國慶，改為慶祝對岸的「十一國慶」。我駐舊金山辦事處處長傅正綱上午受訪時表示，中華會館只是個大帽子，友我僑胞今仍在舊金山南灣升起青天白日旗，今天也在中國城席開100桌提前慶祝雙十國慶。

《蘋果》詢問舊金山僑胞中國勢力崛起，我外館有何因應？傅正綱卻說不出該怎辦，僅說「中國僑胞勢力本來就比大，每年移民來此的人也不斷增加，這是歷史因素。」

據了解，除舊金山外，洛杉磯的中華會館今年底也將改選主席，目前來自台灣和中國的兩方人馬在競爭，洛杉磯是否會繼舊金山後，另一個被撤下中華民國國旗的僑社，各界都在關注，目前由於挺中國的候選人資源較多，形勢較看好。
