張介欽問職務？　黃世銘「我是檢察總長」

【法庭中心／台北報導】立委吳秉叡質詢檢察總長黃世銘，台北地檢署主任檢察官張介欽偵訊你洩密案時，是不是告訴張說你是「檢察界大家長」？黃世銘說，「我沒有，張介欽問我職務，我答說是檢察總長」。
 
吳秉叡再追問黃世銘是否以檢察一體去和張介欽交換意見，黃世銘說，「不行，我是被告」。
