烏龍監聽案 司法院秘書長：盡力而為

針對特他61號監聽票烏龍監聽立法院案，國民黨籍立委呂學樟上午在立法院司法及法制委員會指出，此案顯示監聽浮濫，台北地方法院難辭其咎，他要求司法院必須在1個月內完成追究行政、刑事責任歸屬。司法院秘書長林錦芳則回應，由於部分案卷仍屬秘密，釐清責任時程須視調卷順利與否，司法院只能盡力而為。
