推動全國區域計畫　內政部10月起辦公聽會

【王家俊／台北報導】內政部政次蕭家淇下午在例行記者會上說，為落實「國土計畫法草案」精神，在立法通過前，將依據現行《區域計畫法》精神，把現行北中南東四個區域計畫，整合為「全國區域計畫」及18個轄區內有非都市用地的「直轄市、縣（市）區域計畫」二層級。10月起辦理公聽會，預計明年起陸續審議、核定及公告實施。

此外，蕭家淇說，截至前年底止，各縣市都市計畫內可容納2512萬人，目前只有1873萬人，尚可容納639萬人，現行都市計畫用地供過於求，「都市土地畫太多了！」且各地自擬都市計畫太過零散，例如新北市有46個、台中市有31個區域計畫，應予整合，未來非都市土地申請新訂或擴大都市計畫，內政部更審慎審查其合理性、必要性，並作總量管制。
