男子疑撞安全島　送醫後宣告不治

【戴之聖／基隆報導】「快派119！有人倒在地上!」今日凌晨2時許，1名45歲的陳姓男子從新北市萬里區騎車回基隆，行經基金三路疑似撞到安全島後，倒臥血泊中，民眾發現時趕緊打電話報警。

救護人員到場發現陳男已無呼吸心跳，機車幾乎全毀，零件散落滿地，隨即將陳男緊急送醫急救，於凌晨4時許宣告不治。警方已排除陳男酒駕，詳細車禍原因尚在調查中。
